  1. Also called Canadian Stud or New York Stud, this variation of five-card stud features two special poker hands.  A four-flush beats a pair but loses to two pairs or any higher hand.  A four-straight also beats a pair but loses to a four-flush or any higher hand.  The special hands tend to keep more people in the pot, but a high pair is still the likely winner.
